Jose Feria
Growing up in the mountains of Western North Carolina, José's roots trace back to the halls of Highlands School from kindergarten to twelfth grade. This small-town upbringing instilled in him a deep reverence for the unique essence of our mountain community and drew him close to many in the community.
José enlisted in the United States Marines. As an infantryman, Jose learned the harsh lessons of dedication, perseverance, and teamwork. His daily regime utilizes this skill set in assisting his clients in the problematic selection, negotiation, and purchase of properties.
Jose's alma mater is the University of North Carolina. While working through college and juggling part-time jobs, Jose discovered his true passion was helping people obtain their dreams. His ability to solve intricate issues and communicate resolutions and his drive to obtain win-win solutions pointed him to his current career in the real estate industry.
Jose's big-picture view, composure, and logical precision are qualities needed to help his clients obtain the property of their dreams.
Beyond his professional pursuits, José finds solace in the warmth of family bonds, exploring nature with his faithful canine companion Remy, and indulging in friendly games amidst the scenic backdrop of our region's exquisite golf courses.
