Coming from Florida to North Carolina for this move in itself was an experience. I received an email with photos of the house only (7) hours on the market, and Jose accomplished a video tour as we were out of state at the time the offer was put on the house. During the weeks ahead, we visited and were treated with tremendous care by Jose. Even with a few minor problems with the USDA Loan, we were still able to complete this purchase in a timely manner.
